What is pH Balance?
pH balance is a measure of acid-alkaline of a solution. Acidic brings health problems while alkaline are the state everybody needs. The scale is measured from 0-14 and 7 is said to be neutral. A solution below 7 is acidic while above is alkaline.

In order for your body to maintain optimal health, your blood needs to maintain a pH balance slightly alkaline.
Our body organs and systems work to keep our blood and the fluids surrounding our cells slightly alkaline.
